Naugatuck has a rich history dating back to its industrial past. With the boom of commerce and industry that came to Naugatuck by the middle of the 1800's the Borough found itself in need of policing services. In this area we have detailed some of the department's history and roots. We are always looking for people who have old photographs or news paper articles that we could share with the public.
